On May 29, 2006, Woodstock Illinois paid tribute to those who gave the ultimate sacrifice with a Memorial Day Ceremony on Woodstock Square. It was a beautiful day for the ceremony, to remember those service men and women that gave their lives in wars that our nation has fought in. Master of Ceremonies was American Legion member Dwayne Raney.
